LODO QGP – LODO QUALIFYNG GOURMET PROJECT
L’iscrizione al progetto LQGP, da la possibilità a tutti gli oli iscritti che hanno ottenuto un punteggio pari o superiore a 90/100, di accedere alla selezione per i seguenti premi e a tutti i relativi riconoscimenti che contemplano: un video e un reel da 1 minuto, una storia da 15 secondi e relative foto.
La selezione sarà a cura esclusiva della DIREZIONE di LODO in sinergia con la prospettiva QG (Qualifyng Gourmet) .
Tutto il materiale sopraindicato sarà pubblicato anche su tutti i canali social ufficiali di LODO.
LODO acquisterà dalle aziende vincitrici del RED CARPET AWARD, di LODO SWEET e THE CHEF’S CHOICE n.60 bottiglie rispettivamente dell’olio che ha ottenuto il riconoscimento, che verrà utilizzato dallo chef relativo nella realizzazione del piatto presentato o nel caso di THE CHEF’S CHOICE nella sua cucina.
Tutto il materiale sopraindicato sarà pubblicato anche su tutti i canali social ufficiali di LODO.
RED CARPET AWARD: il premio nasce per valorizzare le migliori produzioni di EVOO all’interno di contesti gastronomici di prestigio. Per miglior Fruttato Leggero, Medio ed Intenso in base al sistema di LODO Evaluation, verranno creati 3 piatti ad hoc.
THE CHEF’S CHOICE: l’alta cucina e la sapienza di un palato gourmet rappresentato da uno Chef pluristellato, attraverso una blind tasting, sceglierà fra una rosa di 12 oli selezionati nell’edizione 2022/2023, l’olio che si aggiudicherà tale prestigioso riconoscimento.
LODO SOCIAL PROJECT: un esclusivo progetto FOOD SOCIAL di comunicazione e promozione attraverso il coinvolgimento di chef e influencers.
Speciali ricette ad hoc magistralmente costruite e presentate dai protagonisti social per valorizzare oli e aziende “targate” LODO.
LODO SWEET: la creatività di un maestro pasticcere d’eccellenza per un dessert d’autore. Un olio selezionato nell’edizione 2022/2023 sarà il protagonista di un dolce unico.
PRESS AWARD: una super commissione di giornalisti e critici gastronomici, degusterà una rosa di 12 oli selezionati nell’edizione 2022/2023, per l’assegnazione di questo importante premio.
LODO LIEVITATI D’AUTORE: la creatività di un noto maestro dell’impasto per un lievitato d’autore, un olio selezionato nell’edizione 2022/2023 sarà il protagonista di un “salato d’eccellenza”.

LODO QGP – LODO QUALIFYNG GOURMET PROJECT
The registration to the LODO QGP project gives all registered oils, which have obtained a score of 90/100 or more, the possibility to enter the selection for the following prizes and all the related awards including: a dedicated 1-minute video, a 1-minute reel, a 15-second story and related photos.
The selection will be carried out exclusively by the LODO Management in synergy with the QG (Qualifyng Gourmet) perspective.
All the above material will also be published on all official LODO social channels.
LODO will purchase from the winning companies of the RED CARPET AWARD, LODO SWEET and THE CHEF’S CHOICE n.60 bottles respectively of the oil that won the award, which will be used by the relative chef in the realisation of the dish presented or in the case of THE CHEF’S CHOICE in his kitchen.
RED CARPET AWARD: the award was created to highlight the best EVOO productions in prestigious gastronomic contexts. Three ad hoc dishes will be created using the best Light, Medium and Intense Fruity oils, based on the LODO Evaluation.
THE CHEF’S CHOICE: haute cuisine and the wisdom of a gourmet palate represented by a multi-starred chef, through a blind tasting, will choose from a shortlist of 12 oils selected in the 2022/2023 edition
LODO SOCIAL PROJECT: an exclusive FOOD SOCIAL communication and promotion project involving chefs and influencers. Specially designed recipes masterfully constructed and presented by the social media stars to enhance LODO oils and companies.
LODO SWEET: the creativity of a leading master pastry chef for a signature dessert. An oil selected in the 2022/2023 edition will be the star of a unique dessert.
PRESS AWARD:a super commission of journalists and food critics will taste a shortlist of 12 oils selected in the 2022/2023 edition to assign this important award.
LODO LIEVITATI D’AUTORE: the creativity of a well-known master of dough for an auteur leavened product, an oil selected in the 2022/2023 edition will be the protagonist of a ‘salato d’eccellenza’.
