LODO GUIDE: Una guía de los mejores Aceites de Oliva Virgen Extra del mundo.

LODO GUIDE es una guía anual dedicada a celebrar los aceites de oliva virgen extra de alta calidad provenientes de todo el mundo.
El proceso de selección se lleva a cabo en dos fases: la primera se centra en el Hemisferio Norte y concluye en abril con las semifinales y finales; la segunda fase se refiere al Hemisferio Sur y a las empresas del Hemisferio Norte que no participaron en la fase anterior, y finaliza a finales de julio.
Los ganadores se anuncian durante el EVOOFESTIVAL, un evento anual que se celebra durante la primera semana de septiembre, donde se celebra la excelencia del aceite de oliva virgen extra.

Así es como funciona el proceso paso a paso:

Después de registrarse, envíe el material requerido por el reglamento a customer@lodo-guide.com:

Formularios en formato PDF completados, logotipo y foto de alta definición de la botella.
Envíe 6 botellas de 500 ml o 750 ml a la dirección indicada en el reglamento.
Cuéntenos su historia: proporcione su «Quiénes somos» desde el sitio web de la empresa o envíenos una breve presentación de la empresa.
Para empresas históricas, completar la ficha del aceite es suficiente.

Una vez que los aceites hayan llegado a nuestro almacén, se anonimizan y se almacenan en la oscuridad a una temperatura constante de 15 grados Celsius para preservar sus propiedades sensoriales.

Manuela y Vincenzo realizarán una preselección, identificando posibles defectos y luego llevarán a cabo una evaluación completa.

PRIMERA FASE

Selecciones del Hemisferio Norte
Los participantes recibirán pancartas que certifican el resultado alcanzado: FINALISTA o SELECCIÓN DE LODO.
Los productores que no hayan alcanzado la puntuación necesaria para ser incluidos en la guía recibirán un certificado de participación.
En caso de que el aceite presente un defecto, dadas las dificultades existentes, hemos decidido reembolsar la cuota de inscripción.

La puntuación necesaria para ser incluido en la selección de LODO es 85|100.

Los aceites que han obtenido una puntuación igual o superior a 95|100 son los Finalistas de la Primera Fase.

SEGUNDA FASE

Selecciones
Los participantes recibirán pancartas que certifican el resultado alcanzado: FINALISTA o SELECCIÓN DE LODO.
Los productores que no hayan alcanzado la puntuación necesaria para ser incluidos en la guía recibirán un certificado de participación.
En caso de que el aceite presente un defecto, dadas las dificultades existentes, hemos decidido reembolsar la cuota de inscripción.

La puntuación necesaria para ser incluido en la selección de LODO es 85|100.

Los aceites que han obtenido una puntuación igual o superior a 95|100 son los Finalistas de la Segunda Fase.

En este punto, después de completar las selecciones de ambas fases, tendremos a todos los FINALISTAS DE LODO.
Las 5 mejores producciones de cada categoría, tanto para I Volti dell’Olio como para Menciones Especiales, estarán en las NOMINACIONES para el premio.
A través de nuestras evaluaciones y las puntuaciones obtenidas durante las selecciones, tendremos I Volti dell’Olio y los Ganadores de las Menciones Especiales, que se anunciarán durante el EVOOFESTIVAL.

Por lo tanto, durante la primera semana de septiembre, recibirás pancartas que certifican el rango de puntuación obtenido y los diplomas:

UN ORCIOLO ÓPTIMO de 88 – 90

DOS ORCIOLI EXCELENTES de 91 – 94

TRES ORCIOLI LODEVOLE de 95 – 99

Es importante destacar que las puntuaciones son válidas por un año, y todo el material promocional estará fechado para el año siguiente.
